Exchange Policy

At RAWAYATI JORA, customer satisfaction is our priority.

We offer exchange only in the following cases:

✅ Received a damaged product
✅ Received a defective product
✅ Received the wrong item

To qualify for an exchange:

• The issue must be reported within 1 hour of receiving the parcel.
• A clear unboxing video (without cuts or edits) is mandatory.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

⚠️ Important Terms:

• No exchange request will be entertained after 1 hour of delivery.
• Sale and discounted items are non-exchangeable.
• If there is a genuine issue with the product, it can be exchanged after verification.
• Exchanges are subject to approval after inspection of the returned item.
• Delivery charges for exchange may apply.
